The Ario Cellulose Khazar factory stands as a significant industrial facility in Iran's cellulose sector, dedicated to the production of high-quality fluff pulp under the brand name Ariocellulose. Strategically located in the Joybar Industrial Town in Mazandaran Province, the factory spans an area of approximately 6,000 square meters.
Originally established and later revitalized, the factory has undergone significant modernization and expansion. It has successfully constructed and launched new production lines, dramatically increasing its nominal production capacity from 2,000 tons in 2021 to an impressive 13,000 tons of fluff pulp per year by 2024.
The factory produces Ariocellulose fluff pulp using imported, high-quality virgin fibers. This material is a highly absorbent, premium-grade cellulose derived from sources like cotton linter and other sustainable fibers. The core of the factory's operation involves a sophisticated two-step process: first, forming the pulp into low-density sheets, and then defibrating these dry sheets into a soft, fluffy material using specialized equipment. This results in a product with excellent porosity and absorbency.
The primary mission of the Ario Cellulose Khazar factory is to supply a significant portion of the domestic market's demand for fluff pulp. The Ariocellulose fluff pulp serves as an essential absorbent raw material for a wide range of hygiene products, including baby diapers, sanitary pads for women, and various other sanitary cellulose products. The factory also produces sanitary cardboard for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
With a dedicated team of 73 employees and a clear vision to capture at least 30% of the domestic fluff pulp market share by 2027, the factory is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. It produces its fluff pulp under recognized health permits and brands such as Adamant, Cartex, and Liber Fiber. Through continuous quality optimization and a commitment to innovation, Ario Cellulose Khazar has positioned itself as a key player in West Asia's cellulose industry.
